Mangaluru: Mangalore University has postponed a title test starting on Monday, based on the regional administrative direction.
The University Registrar (Evaluation) P L Dharma said that there would be no examination for undergraduate students from Wednesday.
The university has also decided to postpone the evaluation work that began on Tuesday, he said.
DC K V Rajendra, in communication, has directed the University authorities to postpone the exam, because of the increase in Covid-19 cases in Dakshina Kannada.
“A large number of students from Kerala have pursued courses in Dakshina Kannada District.
Restrictions on travel between countries in Borders will cause discomfort for students, and hence universities have been directed to cancel all tests until the order further,” DC said.
