Mangaluru: Advocates and the Special Public Prosecutor’s Office for Lokayukta KSN Rajesh, 44, who were running around for almost two months after being allegedly abused by law students who were submitted before the city court on Monday.
City Police Commissioner N Shashi Kumar said they would look for custody of the advocate on Tuesday.
Rajesh was said to have arrived in the ambulance to court from the Kodagu Advocate Ashfaq MM Ibrahim, who represented the Rajesh Advocate, 44, said the interim guarantee application was rejected.
The defendant gave up before the third JMFC court returned it for Judicial custody.
On October 18, two cases were booked at the female police station against advisors to abuse students of law sexually.
In a related complaint, a survivor friend had accused Actionist Pavitra Acharya took him to the police station and abused, threatening and forced him to sign the document.
South Division ACP Ranjith Bandaru made an investigative officer in this case.
The police had previously caught K Ananth Bhat, 48, from Bondel, a friend of the defendant, Pavithra Acharya and Shashikala Rajesh, 38, wife of Rajesh and Alok, 22.
