Lucknow: Special Crime Branch Unit Bureau Investigation (CBI) registered a murder case against three named policemen and other unknown police officers in connection with the killing of the Canpur Manish Gupta businessman on Tuesday.
The state government has appealed to the CBI investigation in the case of 1.

On September 27, the inspector of the Ramgarhtal police station JN Singh, Phalmandi Post In-Charge Sub-Inspector (SI) Akshay Mishra, Si Vijay Yadav and three other police officers had entered a hotel during the verification drive in the Ramadhtal Gorakhpur area.

The six police were then suspended and ordered on charges of murder.

Immediately after the incident all six police went away, while sitting with additional police commissioners, Kanpur Nagar was formed to investigate this case and the cash prize from Rs 1 Lakh was announced to six police officers.
After that on October 13, all six police officers included Sho Jn Singh from Gorakhpur.
