Manoj Bajpayee has filed a complaint of defamation against Kamaal Rashid Khan in court in Indore.
The actor had taken action after the tweet that insulted by KRK and according to PTI, he had submitted a criminal complaint at the Judicial Judge Class One Class (JMFC) under the 500 IPC (punishment for defamation).
Tweets that were inappropriate were posted by KRK last month and reportedly tarnished the image of Manoj Bajpayee while talking about the last OTT actor released ‘The Family Man 2’.
His lawyer was reportedly stating that Manoj Bajpayee personally appeared before the court to record his statement and urged the court to register a case of defamation in this matter.
Apart from Manoj Bajpayee, ‘The Family Man 2’ also starred in Samantha Akineni, Priyamani, Sharib Hashmi, Sunny Hinduja, Shreya Dhanwanthary, Sharad Kelkar and Seema Biswas in an important role.

Previously, Salman Khan had filed a complain of defamination against Kamaal R Khan in May this year.
This case was submitted at the Mumbai Court, after Kamaal R Khan reviewed Salman Khan Starrer ‘Radhe: you are the most sought after Bhai’.
Salman Khan’s legal team sent a notice to KRK, WO reportedly used a rough language while referring to Salman Khan in the film review, which led to this lawsuit.
