PANAJI: The increase in the number of Goan students will go abroad to pursue even their postgraduate studies, which is a “encouraging” trend, said Head of the Pramod Sawant minister on Sunday, overcoming class XII which organized the state webinar.
“After completing class XII, BA, BCOM, BSC, MBBS or engineering is not the only choice.
There are many other choices available for you in the state, as well as in other parts of India and abroad.
When I asked a recent question , I learned that many of our students went abroad to pursue their graduate study and I was happy.
I feel proud that our Goan students will pursue various courses not only in other parts of India but abroad too, “Sawant said.
Online webinars are organized by CMO and the Directorate of Higher Education to introduce class XII Passouts to various career options available, in addition to clear general flows.
“Discuss with your parents and teacher and then decide on your career options.
In addition, you also have an entrepreneurial option,” Sawant said.
He said that there was a career choice also available for students who could not cleanse their class XII for a reason.
“I congratulate all students who have cleared their X and XII examinations.
If anyone can’t clean it, they should not be disappointed.
Additional examinations are being carried out for them, which they can answer,” he added.
