Ludhiana: As part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, “Sea of Humanity” Converged on Sunday in Ludhiana to join the Minister of Food, Civil Equipment, and Consumer Affairs Bharat Bhushan Ashu, Mayor of Balkar Singh Sandhu, Deputy Commissioner Kumar Sharma, Commissioner of Police Gurpreet Singh Bhullar, and Commissioner Corporation Municipal Pardeep Kumar Sabharwal to celebrate Indian independence for 75 years.
The event was held jointly by the administrative district of Ludhiana and City corporation.
Overcoming gatherings, food, civil equipment, and consumer minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu said that this mass movement aims to celebrate 75 years of freedom of our country and pay tribute to freedom and those who determine their lives during freedom struggle.
He said that the main push of this event was to ensure that people were made aware of the noble history of the movements of the freedom and sacrifice of the martyrs so that the younger generation could emulate their teachings in their lives.
He said that every of us, especially young people must advance to capture the life and philosophy of martyrs by absorbing patriotism.
Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner Varinder Kumar Sharma, Police Commissioner Gurpreet Singh Bhullar, and Commissioner MC Pardeeep Sabharwal said that the life and sacrifice of martyrs act as a lighthouse and will always inspire to provide selfless service to the community, the public, state, society, country Parts and countries.

They expressed hope that active support and cooperation Ludhiana people will soon appear as clean, green and pollution-free districts.
Meanwhile, The Cyctothon 10.2 km was marked from the front phase of water 2 behind MCL, Zone D, Sarabha Nagar where hundreds of cycling fans from various cycling clubs participated in the event.
A 2 km walkathon attended a marked cycling event from the Air Front 2, officials and residents participated in it.
