New Delhi: About 25 Maois shot dead four people from the family, including two women, in Maunwar village in Kachar Panchayat under the Dumaria block in Bihar style and hanging their bodies in a wire cage on Saturday night, Report Alok Kumar.
They also detonated family mud houses with dynamite.
The incident was revealed on Sunday.
The locals say Maois raided Saryhu Singh Bhokta’s house around 7pm on Saturday.
They shot his two sons – Satayendra Singh & Mahendra Singh – and their wife Manorama Devi and Sunita Devi, called them police informants.
Killed 4 for Poisonous cadres: Naxals Maois lives there for about two hours to 9pm.
Maois left the pamphlet there, stating that their actions were replying to the event of March this year when their four cadres – Shivpujan Kumar, Amresh Kumar, Sita Kumar and Uday Kumar – have been neutralized by Cobra Battalion 205 in the same place.
They accused that cadres were given poisons in food, which caused their death.
But in the police record, they were killed in a meeting.
Maois blamed the Bhokta family for a fake meeting and alleged that they acted as police informants.
Four AK-47 rifles have recovered from their ownership.
This village is at the Border of the Style and Aurangabad District.
Bihar spokesman Jharkhand, North Chhattisgarh, Simant Regional Committee from CPI which was banned (Maois), Manas, in a press statement said that they lost four friends in a fake meeting.
“We do not regret losing life if the highest sacrifice is made in the field of war, but they are killed by betrayal in cold blood, which guarantees revenge,” he said.
Maois also released two sets of photos along with their statements.
While the set of four first photos showed their cadres who were killed at Bhokta’s house, the second set of four photos showed four members from the same house hung on their necks on the yard.
“We have replied with betrayal and this would be the fate of anyone who replaced our people,” Maois said.
