Tokyo: The head coach of Indian Women’s Hockey Team Sjoerd Marijne on Friday revealed that the bronze medal match against England at the ongoing Olympics was his last task with the last party.
The 47-year-old train trained the Indian women’s hockey team with her best performance at the Olympics, guiding them to fourth place credited here.

A few hours after this achievement, Marijne announced that it was his last task with the Indian team.
“I have no plans because this is my last match with Indian women.
It’s up to Janna (Schopman) now,” Dutch told Indian media at a virtual press conference.
It has been studied that Marijne’s analytical coach and Tim Janneka Schopman was offered an extension by the Indian Sports Authority (SAI) but the first to reject the offer for personal reasons.
The source in knowing the development told PTI that Schopman was expected to take over the position of the Marines in full time now.
Marijne, a former Dutch player, took control of the first Indian women’s team in 2017 but was appointed as coach of the man that year.
However, in 2018, he refused to return a female coach in role role.
Marijne has played for the Netherlands, and guided under 21 years of the Netherlands to the World Cup title and senior Dutch women to gold in the Hockey World League semi-final in 2015.
The tremendous Dutch could not visit his family.
