Hyderabad: Peddling marijuana rackets between countries damaged and seven offenders have been arrested near Chityal.
The police confiscated 460 kilos of smuggling, four lakh cash, three cars and 11 cellphones, all 50 lakh worth of the ownership of the defendant.
The main defendant G Venkatanarayana made an agreement with vendors, Ramesh to sell marijuana to customers by offering the commission.
Ramesh discussed plans with his brother who was hanging out in his colleagues – a Pundal and B Venkat.
Pundalik has reached an agreement with Rahul Gadse of Maharashtra to buy contraband goods.
“When someone was accused of reaching a hotel near Chity to meet Venkatanarayana to hand over Oly’s Oly’s, our team raided the place,” Nalgonda SP King Rajeswari said.
