Bhubaneswar: The State Government has directed all departments, heads of offices, district collectors, and Twin City Police, commissioning to observe the silence of two minutes at 11am on the morning of martyrs on January 30.
The Ministry of Home Affairs recently directed all states to observe all countries.
Coming two minutes on the day of martyrs, observed in their memories that sacrifice their lives in the struggle of Indian freedom.
