Hyderabad: Mason was arrested by Jawahar Nagar police on Saturday for allegedly kidnapping and raping a three-half-year-old girl recently in Dammaiguda.
Even though the incident took place on July 4, the police did not understand the identity of the perpetrators.
When the culprit tries to exploit other girls in the same area on Friday, his luck runs out and lands on the police net.
On Friday, the police knew that an unknown man, who went to buy a cigarette, behaved badly with a girl.
When his mother lifted an alarm, the defendant escaped from the location and ran to the forest area.
Based on the information provided by the Mother of the Girl and others, the police verified the nearest CCTV recording area.
They found someone in a red shirt and red night pants wearing a mask.
The defendant was tracked based on the location of the cellphone.
When he was detained, the police knew that he was a Mason, Odisha’s native.
He was a divorce and moved to Hyderabad 12 years ago.
He also admitted that he left thelegirl near the water tank in an unconscious state.
In further interrogation, he reportedly admitted that he experienced sexual abuse of three and a half years old on July 4 too.
The defendant kidnapped the victim when he went to the nearest shop.
Lost complaints were submitted by his parents.
The next day, the girl was found near the local water tank in a subconscious condition.
Immediately, the girl shifted to the hospital.
Based on medical reports, Jawahar Nagar police have changed the section and includes rape costs in addition to requesting children’s protection of sexual violations (Pocso).
