Under this program, health workers will visit door-to-door and manage free drugs.
Speaking at a workshop, Chief Medical Officer Dr.
Nepal Singh said to protect people from Filaria’s disease contract, the Filaria removal program will be launched in the district from July 12 to July 16.
Health workers will provide drugs free of village population costs.
Filaria is caused by mosquito bites and it is an infectious disease.
