MySuru: Chamarajanagar District Health Authority has launched a large survey to determine the prevalence of diabetes and hypertension in people.
It has launched a diabetes screening for a week, blood drive testing for people over 30 years in all 216 health sub centers and 62 primary health centers.
This will be held until November 20.
Even when health officials claimed that the detection of diabetes detection was late dramatically due to increased awareness over the past few years, experts believed the main proportion of diabetics was still undetected.
As part of the World Diabetes Day, the District Health Authority will travel this in all of these health centers from 9am to 4pm.
Chamarajanagar Regency has a population of 14 lakh and has decided to determine at least 3.7 lakh people over 30 years to test during the ongoing survey.

The District Health Authority has provided glucometer to filter diabetics in health centers, said Dr.
