Bareilly: For almost a year after Uncle Cricketer Suresh Raina was killed in August last year during a robbery at his home in the Pathankot Punjab district, a joint team of the Special Task Fortar Pradesh (STF) and Punjab police had caught allegations of the mastermind behind it.

Uncle Raina, Ashok Kumar, was killed and four from his family was injured during a robbery in Tarial Village on August 19 last year.
Robbers have broken into the house and beat the family with sticks before decades with cash and valuables.
While Kumar, the Force Security Contractor (BSF) of the border, has died in place, four others were injured.
After the incident, Raina has resigned from the 2020 IPL and even begged Punjab CM Amarinder Singh to arrest the defendant.
The special investigation team was formed in Punjab and 11 defendants had been arrested so far.
According to the police, the robbery was carried out by a group of robbers between the Countries belonging to the Chaimaar tribe from above.
“Chajju Chaimaar who plans the robbery comes from Bahedi in Bareilly.
He has been hiding in Hyderabad after committing a crime,” said Stf Ajay Pal Singh to Ti.
Singh said the team acted on a tip-off that the defendant hid in his home village Pachpeda in Bahedi.
“We told the Punjab police and after confirming the man’s identity, the joint team stormed the village on Sunday morning.
The defendant was handed over to the Punjab Regional Police,” he said.
Singh added that as long as it was questioned, the defendant had revealed that gang women had made a home reception before robbery.
“They have entered the house to sell plants and collect information that helps the gang plan a robbery.
The mode of gang operandi is to beat their victims mercilessly so they don’t shout for help.

“Three gang members were still runaway.
After a crime, a pine was registered against an unknown person at the Shahpur Kandi police station in Pathankot below it (a painful injury due to home solving) and 460 (causing death from home solving).
Two more parts – 302 (murder) and 307 (murder attempts) – then added to FIR.
