Nagpur: Tribunal Administration Maharashtra (MAT), Nagpur Bench, on Wednesday tapped the Range Forest Officer (RFO), Khapa, to issue orders to take a one-sided charge from a forester, despite living in court.
On August 8 (Sunday), the Nagpur Deputy Conservator (DYCF) Bharat Singh Hada had issued an order to transfer 38 foresters.
This command is accepted online on August 10.
However, some of the foresters challenged their transfer in the mattress and obtained staying on August 11.
One of them is Madke’s PR, which is currently posted in Khubala in Khapa’s range.
Madke (49) was transferred to Narhar in the western pest range of Pengh Tiger Reserve (PTR).
Even though staying in his post, RFO SG Athawale directed the new Lonare BV Compan to take one side.
When Madke’s transfer remained, he continued to work in Khubala, and on August 21, also registered a case against illegal logging.
However, RFO Athavale looked for guidance from DYCF in this matter.
Based on his advice, RFO allows Lonare to take one side charge from Khubala Round on August 24.
Madke who disadvantaged moving the insulting application in the fight.
Hearing the application on Wednesday, Mat Deputy Chair Shree Bhagwan expressed disappointment and set aside orders issued by RFO.
The RFO order itself is doubtful.
It states that Madke has been free of August 10, but the reality is that orders are accepted online on the same day.
Secondly, RFO knows that Madke’s order has lived, so why is the guidance sought from DYCF? According to the guidelines, the staff must be posted on rotation in the three department wings – territorials, wildlife, and social forestry – but have been found that eight foresters posted again on the same wing.
Madke previously worked in Narhar between 1997-2001.
He was back posted there.
Within 24 years of service, for 12 years he has worked on wildlife.
