FARIDABAD:”A 65-year-old guy hanged himself supposedly over the coming demolition of his home at Faridabad’s Khori village after a Supreme Court order,” police said.
“Police on Thursday arrested three individuals who had pelted rocks on Wednesday, if they’d arrived to take the sufferer’s entire body to get post-mortem,” said further station house officer, Surajkund police channel, Rakesh Bagri.
The apex court had on June 7 led the Haryana along with the Faridabad civil organization to eliminate”all of encroachments” from the Aravali woods area near Kholi village, even stating”land grabbers can’t take sanctuary of principle of law” and discuss”equity”.
But on Thursday the Supreme Court refused to keep its leadership, stating,”We need our forest property to be rid”.
“Ganeshilal hanged himself from a tree on Tuesday and his entire body has been handed over to his family following post-mortem,” authorities said.
His family members stated they hail from Paharganj from Delhi and had constructed a home in Khori village.
They explained,”Ganeshilal was under pressure since he dreaded demolition therefore he finished his life” About 10,000 households are reported to be residing in town and several of them had spent their whole savings in construction homes in Khori village.
On Thursdaya seat of Justices A M Khanwilkar and Dinesh Maheshwari requested the country along with the civic body to follow its June 7 leadership in this respect.
It had sought compliance report by the country government officials later eliminating all encroachments from forest soil nearby Khori village in Faridabad district over fourteen days.
