Ludhiana: A Cyclothon and Walkathon organized by Ludhiana Smart City Limited near the office of Da Zone M on Sunday.
This is part of the celebration of Azaadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav by the Civic body.
In the rally cycle, civil body authorities urged residents and participants to help them maintain cleanliness and to participate in the source separation.

For the safety of cyclists, one ambulance and one van diet accompanied the participants.
Walkathon also saw participating officials.
Minister of Food and Civil Equipment Bharat Bhushan Ashu marked both.
The population was also seen enjoying Zoomba and Bhangra, organized at the Front Water Canal Sidhwan.
Ashu said this mass movement aims to celebrate 75 years of freedom of our country.
He said the main push of this event was to ensure that people were made aware of the noble history of the movement of the freedom and sacrifice of martyrs so that the younger generation could imitate their teachings in their lives.
Balkar Mayor Singh Sandhu said, “We appeal to residents to keep their household clean.
Even though it is the task of MC but it is impossible without the contribution of the population.” Commissioner MC Pardeeep Sabharwal said in the future too many public-oriented activities will continue.
