Gurgaon: Gurgaon City Corporation (MCG) on Friday approved 14 development work up to about Rs 28.57 crore.
The majority of these projects include the renovation estimates, beauty parks and road construction, among others.
Of these, three projects are estimated to cost Rs 6.37 crore were given administrative approval and the estimated 11 other projects, which will cost around Rs 22.2 crore, was approved by the committee headed by Mayor Madhu Azad.
It was after the administrative approval of the project tender floated and after the contractor with the lowest bid selected.
Joint projects with an estimated cost of each submitted before the committee chaired by the Mayor for their approval.
“We have given approval for 14 development projects of the city.
I have also instructed the officials of the wing techniques to accelerate the cleaning process the file because I get complaints from council members that they kept pending files,” said Azad.
