MCG to establish four charging stations for electronic vehicles in Gurgaon

Gurgaon: To provide encouragement to an ambitious e-Vehicle zone project, MCG has decided to regulate the charging station at the 42 sector office, community centers in sector 27 and Sukhrali, and sector firefighting stations.
The Civic Agency on Thursday conducted a trial of the Electric Filling Station in Sector 42.
“The station at the 42 sector office we will facilitate charging three vehicles simultaneously and will have the capacity to charge 30 to 35 e-vehicles within 24 hours in 24 hours.

In addition, MCG officials said they also planned to arrange the stations to exchange batteries for e-rickshaw.
During the trial, MCG officials also gave around 30 automatic rickshaw drivers from the excellence of switching from Diesel’s electric mode to.
Automatic drivers were told that the Civic body would give them a subsidy of Rs 30,000 to Rs 35,000 for the same under the Indian Fame project.
But for that, the owner had to scrap their old diesel warehouse.
On August 16, Minister Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar launched 600 e-rickshaw and zone of the first electric electric vehicles – Cyber ​​City, Golf Course Road, MG Road, IFFCO Chowk, downtown Huda, Galleria Market and Vyapar Kendra.
The project, named Parivartan, will replace 12,000 diesel cars and gasoline gradually.
Officials say Diesel and CNG Autos will not be allowed in zones, but cars and personal buses can run as usual.
Shuttle service will be available for and from various points in the electric vehicle zone.
Officials said concession holders had to build a waiting area at the e-rickshaw stand and set the charging station too.
The Civic Agency, on August 24, turned back his decision to ban CNG and Diesel Autos with a fitness certificate in the e-three wheeler zone, following protests from the Auto CNG driver.
Haryana Auto Association has objected to the decision to replace a diesel car with e-rickshaw, claiming it will only support several private companies.
MCG officials have said that around 2,000 old diesel auto will be replaced in the first phase of the project they submit awareness among vehicle owners.
The concession holder is given a task for planning, designing, installing, operating, maintaining, and building parking stations and charging in different locations.
There are plans to make a waiting room on the e-vehicle stand in the zone and also make parking facilities for e-rickshaw.
