Gurgaon: The Municipal Corporation of all Manesar (MCM) has recognized 52 waterlogging-prone websites in areas under its authority.
Commissioner Munish Sharma, has asked officials to quickly employ machines needed to deal with flood problem in these regions and solve the dilemma of water run-off out of 15 ponds in the cities throughout the monsoon.
The websites include places around Rampura flyover, Manesar Chowk.
“You’ll find 22 waterlogging-prone websites in branch 1 and 2 30 in branch two.
The commissioner has led officials to employ machines and float tenders instantly to get pumps and motors prepared to solve some waterlogging problems within our regions.
Moreover, instructions to fix potholes prior to the monsoon at a time-bound manner also have been granted,” explained Hariom Attri, joint commissioner, MCM.
Officials also have been requested to hold meetings with all the village heads to get a better comprehension of the waterlogging problem throughout the monsoon.
“This could be our first adventure addressing waterlogging from the MCM locations.
In MCG regions, we understand the water leak and exit points, but in the MCM regions, it could be hard for us to deal with the problem because the place is brand new.
But, we’ll put our very best foot forward,” stated a senior MCM official, agreeing to this issue.
