MCM will hire a consultant to plan infrared work

Gurgaon: Corporation Municipal Manesar (MCM) will hire consultants to plan development work, design infrastructure, making detailed project reports (DPRs) for roads, water supply, drainage storm, sewerage system, and horticulture.
For this, he has floated tender so that the development of work in the new corporate area can begin immediately.
According to the proposal, consultants must prepare architectural and structural design buildings in addition to developing project plans, estimates and detailed notifications that invite tenders (dnit).
Consultants must also plan and design infrastructure such as roads, streets, cycle tracks, paths, water supply and enhancing infrastructure in the area now fall under the mcm jurisdiction.
“MCM will bear the costs of spreading consultants.
A company generally has to pay around 0.3% to 0.5% of each estimate prepared by a consultant for a project.
The percentage of the amount to be charged by the corporation will be decided at the time of the agreement based on the payment will be done, “said a senior MCM official.
MCM was founded in December 2020 after the state government told the establishment of a new corporation for Manesar.
After the corporation appeared, it was divided into seven zones for better governance.
While zone 1, 2 and 3 are residential areas, zones 4, 5 and 6 are industrial zones and zones 7 are the dominant rustic zone.
“The corporation must provide a water supply on priority in the regional population.
The reason is that we are currently dependent on groundwater and Gurgaon already in the dark zone.
This is the main concern of the population and must be handled by new corporations.
Other major infrastructure requirements for the region are Road.
