Vadodara: If it runs according to plan, rising bumpy on city streets may be history in the coming days and also with the promises of long-term convenience.
Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) is looking to get a mechanical patch machine – JetPatcher – which uses modern technology.
CVIC’s body has organized machine demonstrations by repairing damaged roads in heavy rain attacks recently in the city.
The JetPatcher machine repaired the damaged road and the work done using a machine also lasted a long time.
According to VMC officials, the engine cleanses a hole with a compressor.
Then use the emulsion mixture to fill the hole before compacting the surface.
Unlike a manually repaired hole, there is no difference at the level in the work done using the machine.
Officials say that the machine provides maximum output with a minimum workforce.
The operator provides an 18-month guarantee in the repaired part and the road becomes able to be used as soon as the job is complete.
