Med waste dumped on the Syrian Church road

Coimbatore: Residents of Syria Church Street were surprised to find an empty bottle of the Covid-19 vaccine and used syringes thrown away along the road on Thursday.
After photos of medical waste became viral on social media, the official team and corporate workers reached a place to remove it.
Senthil, a resident, said he was watching garbage during the morning trip.
“I look closely and find that they are empty bottles of Covid-19 vaccines.
Labels on them intact.
They are used on different dates in the last week of August and the first week of September.
Even though we find waste thrown away here, medical waste is discarded for The first time.
Officials must take action against the people behind him.
“Waste disposal occurs at night because of his poor stretch, said K Chandru, a pedestrian.
“Anti-social elements visit a place to consume liquor.
Women avoid stretching at night because of their presence.
Residents dispose of garbage in drainage past the stretch.

Corporate health wing officials said that they tried to find a hospital from which waste came from batch numbers on Vial.
“The action will begin against those responsible,” he said.
