The MediaTek chipset maker has announced two new chipsets in the Helio G series for budget Android smartphones.
The new chipset is Helio G96 and Helio G88.
The latest chipset in the Helio G series offers support for the refresh speed panel of up to 120Hz along with a 108MP camera.
MediaTek Helio G96 SOC offers support for a 120Hz display with FullHD + resolution and has no restrictions in DDIC supply, C-PHY interface or D-PHY, and supports LCD or AMOLED display.
This can support a 108MP camera.
In terms of connectivity, there is a modem integration of CAT-13 4G LTE worldmode, dual 4G SIM and Volte and Vilte.
On the other hand, SOC MediaTek Helio G88 supports 90Hz display.
It comes with an octa-core CPU that displays two CPU Arm Cortex-A75 operating up to 2.0GHz.
Helio G88 comes with support for major cameras to 64MP, hardware depth machines to capture dual-camera bokeh, camera control units (CCU) and electronic image stabilization technology (EIS) and Rolling Shutter compensation (RSC).
Good chipsets can be seen on Android phones in a budget to the mid-range segment.
Also, both chips are only 4G capable and there is no support for 5G.
Meanwhile, for the first time, OnePlus will launch a telephone with a MediaTek chipset with the launch of Oneplus Nord 2 5G.
Oneplus has confirmed that Oneplus Nord 2 5G will be powered by the dimensity of the 1200-AI chipset mediatek.
Until now, all oneplus smartphones launched in this country are powered by Qualcomm chipset.
