Mediation drive complete 78 cases, reuniting many couples

Ranchi: The five-day special mediation drive conducted by the District Legal Service Authority (DLSA), Ranchi, with the direction of Jharkhand’s legal service authority decided around 78 cases and reunited several couples who combed the legal battle in court.
In one of the cases, a woman has submitted a case with a family court that accuses atrocities for Mahar by a soldier man and has demanded maintenance.
After a prolonged mediation, the couple agreed to live together.
They made a decision to secure the future of their two children.
In another case, a woman has filed for divorce in the family court but the last thought it was suitable for being referred to for mediation.
The mediators hold meetings with individual partners and together advise them.
The woman finally agreed to save her five-year-old marriage for the benefit of her two-year-old child.
Mediator L Ken Giri who managed to unite three conflicting couples during the drive said, “Clash of ego is the main reason in many disputes.
There is damage to communication between partners.
It gives pleasure when we can reunite the couple after counseling.
However, in a number of cases of partners agree to live separately.
“Secretary of DLSA Kamla Kumari said,” More than half a dozen mediation causes a partner’s reunion.
They are limited and given the right guidelines for happy wedding lives.
“About 200 cases related to family disputes delayed in the family court.
And another court was taken for mediation where 78 was completed in the campaign.
DLSA prepares to hold a National Adalat Lok on Saturday.
Disputes related to workers, after the cruelty of marriage, excise, bounces, forests, strengths, traffic, land acquisition and compound criminal violations will be taken.
