Coimbatore: After a failed effort to secure the MBBS chair at the Government Medical College last year, T Radhakrishnan is now close to his dream by securing 406 marks in the national feasibility test (NEET) this year.
The state government has convinced to help him and the GS Sameran district collector is scheduled to meet him directly on Sunday at his home at Athupollachi, which is about 12 km from Pollachi.radhakrishnan said it was his determination to offer a dignified life to his mother who helped him help him .
His mother Mahakshi, a daily wage worker, has worked hard to raise him and his younger brother.
He said his relatives had mocked him a few years ago when his father left them in trouble.
“No one can think of being a doctor in my family circle and this is also the reason for me to take Neet.
I expect 380 marks, but I secured 406.
I was satisfied with my appearance.
But I have to wait for counseling for medical chairs,” Radhakrishnan, which is included in the Mudugar tribe community, Said.
Vari Medical Academy, the Neet and Jee training center in Saravanampatti, has offered to support Radhakrishnan at a cost of MBBS.
It was in this academy that Radhakrishnan underwent training for Neet for the past year.
P Lokesh, the founder of the coaching center, said they did not accuse Radhakrishnan because he was unable to pay a fee.
“We consider it as he is a brilliant candidate with the ability to clean the test.”
