Vadodara: The Government of Medical College Baroda on Tuesday is equipped with a new computer-assisted learning laboratory and enhanced in the central library.
Dean of Medical College Dr.
Tanuja Javadekar inaugurated a computer lab that has 50 computers with internet facilities to explore the e-journal and e-books.
This will be a supporting facility for MBBS studies and as a platform for the preparation of the national feasibility test in accordance with existing norms from the National Medical Commission (NMC).
While overcoming MBBS students, Javadekar emphasizes the need for improving medical education and how e-learning facilities will assist in knowing the latest incident in the field of medicine.
Javadekar said that very few medical colleges in this country are equipped with such facilities which are the first of their types in Gujarat.
The computer lab has been regulated at a cost of Rs 30 Lakh.
The Development Fund Committee of the Library of Dr.
V Patel has bought and provides support for 50 desktop computers.
This belief is run in the memory of the famous social workers and former health minister Gujarat Dr.
