A few days after Aryan Khan was arrested and taken to NCB custody, after a cruise ship attack, the Mumbai Court has now taken a star child under judicial resistance.
Along with Arya, Arbaaz Merchant and 6 others have also been detained for prisoners.
The court said this case would now be heard by a special NDPS court.

The son of Shah Rukh Khan was previously taken to court for his warranty hearing today, where his lawyer Satish Maneshinde had made a strong case for guarantees, said ‘Aryan could not be held hostage, the lawyers also revealed that Aryan Hasn’ t had been interrogated for two nights.

NCB was originally looking for an extension of Aryan detention until October 11.
They further stated that other attacks would be carried out and every arrest that might need to be faced with the current arrest, therefore called for an extension of custody.

To justify the request for the extension of detention, the NCB also stated, “until the 16 people were arrested and arrested in detention in the field that these were the prime facies related to the commission of violations.
