Mumbai: Mandiri Prabhakar witness sailed on Thursday appeared before the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in connection with the case of drug-on-cruise involving Arya Khan, an official said.
Sailing, who had claimed to have heard about payment agreements to release Arya, son of actor Shah Rukh Khan, in this case, was questioned by the previous NCB alert team.
On Thursday, he and his lawyer Tushar Kharahe reached the South Mumbai Office NCB at around 2:30 p.m., the official said.
The NCB operational team that has arrived in Mumbai from Delhi and took over the probe some cases including cases involving Arya Khan, had called him.
The central body alert team interrogated sailing for several hours on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Sailing, who claimed to be a witness guards NCB KP Gosavi, accused in a written statement last month that he had heard Gosavi discussing the Payment Agreement of Rs 25 Crore after Aryan Khan was arrested during a cruise ship attack on Mumbai Beach from Mumbai Beach from Mumbai Beach.

He also claimed that Gosavi said Rs 8 Crore from the agreement would be given to Director Zonal Mumbai NCB Sameer Wankhede.
Following his charges, NCB began an investigation into alertness.
Wankhede denied all the accusations.
