Medicines, cash confiscated within 28 days 256% higher than the 2017 poll

Chandigarh: Political parties in Punjab seem to make desperate efforts to attract voters with cash handouts, medicines and bootleg liquor, if the quantum of seizures made before the election of the state assembly is an indicator.
The seizure was carried out within 28 days after the code of ethics began to apply this year various higher than drugs, liquor and cash confiscated during the previous election.
