Srinagar: Gunbu broke out between terrorists and security forces in Pombay and Goplapora in Kulgam District Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday, police said.
Security forces have launched Cordon operations and searched in two areas of Kulgam after receiving information about the existence of terrorists there, said a police officer.
Search operations turned into a meeting after the terrorist opened fire on security forces and those who replied, he said.
The meeting in both places was underway and further details were underway, the official said.
