The sources said two participants each from MEA, both CBI and ED and two CRPF commandos have been in Dominica for its hearing at the Choksi extradition issue scheduled on June 2.
The source stated that the officers of the CBI and ED in Mumbai zone were predicted on Friday into the federal capital, who subsequently boarded the personal jet for Dominica.
Yet, senior officials of the CBI and ED stayed tight-lipped to the amount of officials delivered to Dominca to get Choksi case hearing.
On Saturday, Antigua and Barbuda Prime Minister Gaston Browne also verified a personal jet has obtained in Dominica with particular documents linked to Choksi who had been included at a multi-million dollar lender in India.

So the government appears to be going outside to make sure he is repatriated to India and face there.
” Choksi, who’s wanted in India from the CBI and the ED in Rs 13,500 crore Punjab National Bank (PNB) fraud situation had gone missing in the island country on May 23, igniting a gigantic manhunt.
He had been seized from Dominica on May 26.
Even a Dominican court has controlled his deportation until June two as it finds that a habeas corpus filed by Choksi’s attorneys.
On Saturday, many images of Choksi appeared online revealing a few bruise marks on his arms and swollen eyes.
Choksi was living in Antigua and Barbuda as January 4, 2018, weeks ahead of the CBI filed a case of fiscal fraud and his nephew, Nirav Modi, one of others.
Even the CBI and ED, that have filed separate cost sheets in the situation, are looking to find his extradition.
