New Delhi: Diamantaire Mehul Choksi will “only” returned to Dominican to face the court for illegal entry to the country when a doctor “stated” that he was suitable for trying, the media there reported the condition of the Dominica court while giving him a guarantee.
In a large setback for India’s efforts to bring it from the Caribbean state, the Dominica High Court Judge Bernie Stephenson allowed employers to return to Antigua and Barbuda, where he had lived as a citizen since 2018 after leaving medical advice from the Hayden Osborne neurologist at Mount St.

This problem has now been suspended until January 26, 2022.
The trial to enter illegal before a judge has also lived.
The High Court also ordered he had to tell the court of his address in Dominican as soon as he returned and his guarantee would be reviewed within 48 hours.

His lawyer in London Michael Pois who filed a complaint with Scotland Yard said Choksi had been expelled from Antigua and Barbuda, where as a citizen he enjoyed the right to approach the Privy Queen of England as the last choice, to Dominica where these rights were not available to him.
