Chennai: Minister of Tamil Nadu M K Stalin has held a meeting of all parties on July 12 to discuss Karnataka’s plan to build a dam across the Cauvery River near Mekedatu.
The move came after the head of the Karnataka Minister B Yediyurappa stated that no one could stop the project.
The meeting of the minister’s chairman is scheduled to take place at the Secretariat at 10:30 a.m.
on Monday.
Representatives of the legislative party have been invited to attend the meeting.
On Thursday, Ramados PMK leader urged the Tamil Nadu government to hold all parties to discuss further action against the background of the plan of the Head of the Karnataka Minister to discuss with legal and technical experts this weekend to develop an action plan.
