Mekedatu project: Medha Patkar to lead stirring

Bengaluru: The controversial Mekedatu reservoir project is now facing other obstacles because environmental lovers and social organizations have opposed it.

Responding to Patkar’s concern, KPCC DK President Shivakumar who led Padusyatra said the environment would not be damaged because the project was because the scheme included a forest conservation plan.
