Lucknow: The Department of Process on Wednesday roasting former BSP Minister Naseemuddin Siddiqui in connection with the Scam Rs 4,200 Crore involving warning construction in Lucknow and Noida under the Maywati government.
The Department of Precautions tends to continue to question former ministers on Thursday too.
It also plans to interrogate other former BSP Minister Babu Singh Kushwaha on July 23.
Probe in fraud began after Lokayukta had charged the 199 people including the BSP Naseemuddin Minister Siddiqui, Babu Singh Kushwaha, and 12 BSP MLA in 2013.
Siddiqui is now with Congress.
The source in the establishment of Privy’s vigilance for the probe said that the notification had gone to 40 people accused of including former BSP-Naseemuddin Minister Siddiqui, and Babu Singh Kushwaha and 20 others then government officers to record their statements.
