Men, 3 friends killed my brother’s lover, took the body to the police

Bengaluru: A 24-year-old young man who was allegedly tried to marry to run with a married woman being beaten to death by his brother and three of his friends in Bengaluru on Saturday night.
After the murder, the quartet combined the body into an autorickshaw and knocked on the door of Annapoorneshesheshwarinagar police station, West Bengaluru, around 3am and stated they wanted to give up before the police.
The police ran out of the station and found the body in the vehicle.
Muniraju, 28, driver, and the three friends had been arrested.
TNN MAN, friends arrested the young man when he escaped with Sistermuniraju identifying the victim as a Bhaskar, a supervisor at a garment factory and from Hosur in Tamil Nadu.
He said they killed Bhaskar when he tried to marry with his sister – married two children – on Saturday night.
The police said Muniraju arrested Bhaskar with his sister and one of his children near the Nagarbhavi circle with the help of his three friends – Maruti, 22, who run the laundry shop, Nagesh, 22, unemployed, 20, unemployed.
According to the police, the defendant dropped the sister Muniraju at his home and took Bhaskar to the Kebhalla area in Sunkadakatte, where they beat him with blunt weapons.
Around midnight, Bhaskar said he was hungry and gang gave him a plate of egg rice and took him to their home in Chandrashekar layout, near Nagarbhavi.
“Muniraju punching Bhaskar on his head made him unconscious.
The defendant suspected he might act to escape them.
Then, they found him dead.
Muniraju told his mother by telephone and decided to give up before the police,” said Sanjeev M Patil, deputy commissioner Police (west), said.
Police said Muniraju’s sister lived with her family in Malur, near Kolar.
Bhaskar allegedly developed a relationship with him.
He left her husband 15 days ago and came to Chandrashekar layout, near Nagarbhavi, and took a rental house.
Bhaskar assured him that he would take care of him and his two children.
He brought an autorickshaw to pick it up.
However, his older son protested and told Muniraju, who intercepted the car and took him home, police said.
