Jaipur: A man looks beating dogs at Rajasthan Capital Jaipur recently.
The incident occurred in the Adarsh Nagar Jaipur area.
After the video runs a virus from inhuman action, a FIR has been registered against the man.
“A pine has been registered against a man, who, in a viral video, seen beating dogs with sticks in Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur, under part 428 IPC and section 11 (1) (a) from the prevention of atrocities for the animal law,” said Ani .
