Gurgaon: A man has been ordered for allegedly raping his two-year-old daughter in Pataudi.
According to the police, the girl, who was from Bihar, had shifted to the city along with her husband and their newborn child about two years ago.
The woman worked as a housekeeper.
Over the years, the couple has a difference and is often used to have an argument.
In August this year, they separated and the woman married another man from Gurgaon and moved to Pataudi.
On August 28, the woman and her daughter were in their rented accommodation when her ex-husband fell inside.
“My husband was leaving and my daughter and I fell asleep.
He pushed me out of the room and locked the door,” he said, adding that he kept knocking on the door but he didn’t respond.
“After some time, he opened the door and threatened to kill me if I told anyone about it.
My daughter cried, she lay on the floor and bleeding from her personal part,” said the woman.
“I called my cousin, who lived in Delhi, and told me everything,” he added.
On August 30, the woman’s cousin and her husband met him and approached the police.
Based on complaints, a case is registered on Tuesday.
