Written by news2in

Gurgaon: A 30-year-old Palwal resident was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly posing as a police inspector.
According to the police, the defendant had made a false identity card from the police Haryana and used it to pass through the toll plaza throughout the state.
The defendant, identified as Madan Prince, returned home after meeting a friend in sector 14 when his vehicle was stopped at the checkpoint near Atul Kataria Chowk.
When the police team asked him to produce his documents, Madan allegedly behaved badly with them.
He even threatened to take action against the team by introducing himself as Police Inspector Haryana.
However, the police again asked him to show his identity card.
“He confidently issued an identity card from his wallet and showed him to a police officer,” said ACP (crime) of the Sangwan Pre-pocket.
The police grew suspicious about the authenticity of identity cards and consulted with his senior.
The senior police examined the identity card and realized that it was forged.
In a closer display, identity card found a different name where the name of the defendant was superimposed.
As long as it is questionable, Madan revealed that he had received this fake identity card made of printer and used it in various places to take advantage.
A case is registered in the 14 Police Station sector under the 420 section (cheating), 467 (forged document), 468 (forgery), 471 (using fake documents) and 170 (imitating as government officials) IPC.
