Men are held for trying to kidnap women, 2 children

Ludhiana: Dehlon Police, on Sunday, arrested a man for trying to kidnap a woman and her two children because of the old competition.
The incident occurred in July and the female father said the police took 36 days to act.
The defendant, along with his accomplice, had chased a car where the woman was traveling with her children from Dellhra Road to Alamgir Village.
The defendant has been identified as a Singh Dilpet from the Satjot Nagar in Dugri.
Clainant Pardeep Singla from Sant Sundar Singh Nagar, Dakhra Road, alleged that the defendant had harassed and attacked his family members for the past seven months.
They have submitted a lot of complaints against the defendant, but some senior police officers Ludhiana liked them and did not submit any reports, he was suspected.
Singla added that on January 13, they had arranged the function of Lohri and rented Dilpreet Singh to organize many DJs and catering.
Dilpreet creates a commotion on the function of being drunk, after they exchange the heated argument.

He alleged that the defendant had destroyed a car window from his son-in-law Tushar Bansal on June 1 in the Town model and on June 21 at Dugri Flyover.

Despite the complaints over and over again, the police did not submit FIR, he said.
He said on July 2, the defendant tried to kidnap his daughter and two children.
He returned to the police, but they needed 36 days to file an officer.
The first officer from the Dehlon police station Ranjit Singh said that FIR had been submitted after an investigation below Section 364 (kidnapping), 511 (trying to commit violations) and 34 (actions carried out by several people in the continuation of the general intention) IPC against the defendant.
