Letter: Domestic dispute turned after an angry husband attacked his wife with ax and hurt him sadly.
Based on the complaint submitted by the victim’s brother, Police Sachin GIDC registered a violation of efforts to kill (307) and because it voluntarily caused painful pain by dangerous weapons (326) and began investigating.
According to police complaints, Amisha Patel (32) lives in Gabheni Village in the Sachin Gidc area along with her husband Jitendra, and two children consisting of a 10-year-old daughter and an eight-year-old son.
Jitendra is a daily bet and works in a local factory.
He allegedly harassed his wife mentally and physically for the past few years without a legitimate reason and when the victim protested torture, he would hold a fight.
On Saturday night, the victim Krunal received a call from his 10-year-old nephew who told him that his father hit his mother during the fight and he was seriously injured and taken to the hospital.
Krunal rushed to the hospital and found his sister in the ICU with his face wrapped in bandages.
After asking, the crudal was told that during other quarrels, Jitendra took ax and hit Amisha three-four times on his face and other body parts.
Krunal then told his relatives about the incident and also approached the police with complaints.
