Men died after being contacted at Hyd Hotel

Hyderabad: A man died after allegedly beaten by several hotel staff members here, who suspected his intention, when he went to the hotel basement after midnight, police said on Friday.
The man, a worker from Odisha, entered the basement on December 15 when several staff members celebrate a birthday of a colleague there, they said.
They allegedly asked him and beat him.
Those who worked at the hotel found his father’s cellphone number (who lived in Odisha) in his pocket and told him about the incident on Thursday morning.
Father told his daughter-in-law and he took her husband home.
He did not take him to the hospital because there was no big injury seen.
However, the man died at home.
He then told the police about the incident.
Registered murder cases and investigations are underway, police said.
Not immediately clear why the man entered the hotel cellar after midnight, they added.
