Men got a 10-year prison for Mahar’s death

Kanpur: Kanpur District Judge Nagar Mayak Kumar Jain on Tuesday was sentenced by Ashok Kumar for ten years in prison with a fine of Rs 10,000 for Mahar’s death.
The court observed in its order that if the defendant failed to pay a good amount, he had three more months in prison.
The term he has spent in the prison will be adjusted in the sentence, the court observes.
According to Adgc Ravindra Awasthi, the victim’s father of Shankar Dayal, a resident of Chitrakoot in his penis stated that he had married his daughter Kiran to Ashok Kumar on June 28, 2012 and gave motorbikes, gold ornaments and cash.
Ashok and family members demanded Rs 50,000 and plots to open a welding workshop.
When Kiran refused to bring the article they needed to stop providing food to it and on May 4, 2019 they killed and hanged it to give a suicide color incident, the complainant stated on Tuesday rejecting the guarantee application accusing Srivastava Arpit which physically exploited a little girl who used to call it Brothers, physically exploit victims, and make obscene videos.
He used to threaten him to make a viral video if he did not follow his instructions.
He who was accused of the guarantee application claimed that he was innocent and made in this case.
