New Delhi: A 21-year-old man was stabbed to death allegedly by the two brothers after the breaking between them using an open gym in a park in the Sultanpuri area of Outer Delhi, police said on Thursday.
Gullu aka Sahil (18) has been arrested and strives to arrest his brother, police said, adding the deceased, Sanjay, unemployed, they said.
On Wednesday, the police were told by the SGM hospital that someone named Sanjay was declared dead at the facility.
A stab injury was found in the right thigh of the victim, according to the police.
Based on eyewitness statements, a murder case was registered at the Sultanpuri police station, they said.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Outer) Parvinder Singh said, “On Tuesday, Sanjay and several others from the region exercising in the open gym in the park.
Both Gullu and Akash brothers, who live in the nearest area, also arrived.

“The brothers accused Sanjay had attacked someone, Geru, who was known by them using an exercise device in the open gym, the officer said.
During a fight, Gullu and Akash arrested Sanjay and took him to the corner of the park.
Gullu held him tightly and Akash stabbed him with a knife.
Even though Sanjay managed to escape from the place, he fell after distinguing the distance, “he said.
Some people rushed Sanjay to Namokar nursing homes from where he was referred to the SGM Hospital for treatment.
Sanjay, was declared dead.
By the doctor served at the facility, The officer said.
