Men were arrested for raping a little girl

Coimbatore: Police All-Woman Row arrested a tribal youth on Thursday for raping a 16-year-old girl at her residence in a village on the outskirts of the city.
The police identified the defendant as M Sivakumar, 23, from a village near Alandurai.
He was ordered under Section 5 (L) (N) (J) (J), (ii) and reading with 6 protection of children from sexual violations (Pocso) Act 2012 and section 9 of the prohibition of Act.Police said the victim was a class VIII students.
When his mother died 13 years ago, he lived with his grandmother and his father, a drunkard.
The girl was sent to her mother’s uncle’s house two years ago.
Meanwhile, his uncle’s son Sívakumar fell in love with him and married him in a temple without telling his parents in May 2021.
They lived in Sivakumar’s house.
On October 26, the little girl was received at the primary health center after she suffered severe abdominal pain.
The doctor there found the girl was pregnant and referred it to Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital (CMCH).
The doctor at CMC told the All-Woman’s retail police, which registered the case and arrested Sivakumar on Thursday.
He was produced before a special court for Pocso cases and returned in judicial detention.
