Nagpur: A 21-year-old woman who had just married filed a complaint to the Nandanvan police station against her husband for having unnatural sex with him, posted photos and videos that were unpleasant on social media, and shared this with his relatives in the chat group.
The police have ordered a husband under the relevant parts of the IPC and continued further.
Women from Nandanvan also accused her husband with fraud because they did not reveal their first marriage.
Police said the complainant met her 27-year-old husband (a resident of Shrinjar Ward in Gondia) in Bhilai in January this year.
They married in Durg.
Then, the woman knew that she had a princess from her first marriage.
When he questioned him, the husband was reportedly starting to torture him and leave him to his home place in Nandanvan, police said.
The police said when the woman returned to Bhilai, her husband allegedly struggled and forced her for unnatural sex.
The woman returned to the city on October 19 and filed firmly against her husband.
TNN police ordered dhawal under the parts of the relevant and further IPC.
