Patna: Mohammad Akhtar Imam (55), the man who has prepared last year transferring most of its properties worth some crore to two ivory pets which he considered his children, shot dead in the village of Janipur in the underground.

The body ridden by Akhtar bullets was found to lie in a pool of blood in a special forest prepared for two iles in its property near his residence.

“The main suspect is his son who lodged in prison.
Some land robbers in Murgiakak also want to capture the Akhtar property.
Akhtar also has a land dispute with one of his relatives in Sultanganj, Patna City too,” he said.
Sinha said the son of Akhtar had tried to shoot him to death four years ago but the elephant had saved him at that time.
“His son, using his girlfriend, also received a fake rape to register against Akhtar a few years ago,” he said.
Sdpo said that because of his son’s criminal activity, he had separated from his wife.
“He used to keep the village youth named Chandan with himself as the son and scored had daddled about this too,” he said.
Sinha said it was accused of being accused of several cases including contract murder, booty and dakoity.
“According to the will of Akhtar, the rehabilitation of Asian elephants NGOs and wildlife animal trust (aerawat) will have properties transferred to elephants for their care if something happens to him.
