Men, wife ended life after fighting due to addiction to liquor

Rajkot: A 40-year-old man and his wife ended life after consuming poisoning after the bitter battle for the addiction to the man’s liquor.
The incident occurred in Chheli Village near Rajkot on Wednesday night.
The couple – Ranjit Thakur and his wife Nayna (35) – had bitter altercation after the former drunk house.
Nayna accused him of wasting all the money obtained from hard work with liquor as a result there was no savings for their two sons.
When the argument increases, Thakur suddenly comes out and consumes pesticides.
Seeing it, Nayan also followed.
Both of them shifted to the Rajkot civil hospital where they gave up on Thursday, said the source at Kuvadva Road Police Station.
A native to Vadodara Regency, the couple worked as farm laborers in the village for the past year.
The son of the couple of nine years old while the younger is six.
