Nagpur: Additional Judge Session PF Sayyad last week allowed anticipatory assurance applicant from a man who was ordered for rape after he submitted a medical report that he suffered from erectile dysfunction.
Courts, considering the pathological and clinical reports of high diabetes and erectile dysfunction (ED) among other reasons, providing pre-arrest assistance to Pradeep Makhijani applicants, a psychologist.
He arrested the arrest in the case of rape that was registered against him in the complaint of a 31-year-old woman at the Jaripatka Police Station in December.
The applicant, through Jitesh Duhilani’s advice, previously thought before the court that he suffered Ed since 2019, making it impotent.
The court, while providing an anticipatory guarantee confirmed, it has ordered the Applicant to provide private bonds and RS25,000 guarantees along with one solvent guarantor with the same amount.
The applicant was also urged to attend the police station every Thursday to the chargesheet archiving.
The court provided guarantees of Makhijani by considering their efforts to submit their cellphones to the investigation officer, and also attended medical examinations scheduled for him through the probe.
He was also urged routinely to refrain from inducing fear of the complainant or influenced the witnesses.
The court, while providing a guarantee, also observed that the applicant’s custodian interrogation was not needed and that the Investigation Agency received enough time to investigate this problem.
The public prosecutor am Mahurkar previously thought that the investigation process was still ongoing and the defendant’s cellphone had to be restored from him.
Defense advisor Duhilani has argued that the arrest will lead to all kinds of discomfort to the applicant even though it becomes innocent.
It was studied by Makhijani booked for rape following complaints from women who worked as their domestic aid last year.
He joined a housemaid and helped in September last year with Makhijani.
In his complaint, he claimed to have been sexually exploited by Makhijani in October last year, after that he went to work the following month.
He also claimed Makhijani did not clean up his fees.
